At Premier Chiropractic we are happy to accept most insurance plans.

We are currently able to accept any commercial insurance plans with out of network benefits.

​

Commercial Insurance plans we are In-network with include: Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Pacific Source.

Commercial Insurance plans we may be able to accept include: Kaiser Permanente / CHP, Providence, Lifewise, United Health Care / Optum, Aetna, and HealthNet.

 

Each plan is different and deductibles and co-insurance may apply, so it is wise to check your benefits ahead of time if cost is a concern for you.  We would be happy to check your benefits for you before you schedule your appointment, at no charge; or if you would prefer you can simply contact your insurance company using the phone number on your card..
